Brenda Lynn

Brenda passed away at her home in Yukon, Oklahoma on Tuesday, November 7, at the age of 61. She was born on December 15, 1955 in El Paso, Texas, to Guadalupe and Lucila Rivera. Brenda is survived by her oldest son, James Beck, daughter, Shiela Beck-Williams, and youngest son, Shawn Lynn. She has been reunited with her son, Joe Beck. Brenda is the sister to Millie Leatherwood, Jose’ Rivera, Cheyenne Rivera, Lorraine Errigo, and Rose Williams. She was proud to be a grandmother, “Mamaw,” to nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She had a heart for taking care of the elderly as a home-health aide. Brenda loved spending time with family, cooking, dancing, laughing, serving others, and watching sports. She was the loudest sports fan both in front of the tv and at her kids and grandkids sporting events. She was known for her unselfish, kind, and caring spirit, and her love for the Dallas Cowboys. Brenda was known as “Ms. Beck” and for being a mom to many. She is sincerely loved and deeply missed.
